Initially, we recommend you do some homework – gather up some photos of different styles of landscape projects. You can try a Google search with these keywords – Houzz, modern, natural stone landscape projects, backyard pools and spas, backyard oasis ideas and gazebo, and pergola etc.
After an initial phone call consultation, a Greenblock staff member will meet at your property for a site visit to discuss a comfortable budget, timeline, and all your wants and needs for your future backyard oasis.
This is the point where we bring all of the beautiful ideas to reality. After gathering all information, our amazing design team will start creating! We’ll make any changes you request to prepare for the final building drawing.
After both parties have agreed on the design, payment plan, and project timeline, it's time too put the shovel into the ground.
With our drawings in place, and our crews ready to go, the fun part begins. At this point, you’ll be introduced to your project site manager. They will coordinate every small detail of the project from start to finish. They will make sure your home is clean and tidy after every day before leaving, concerning your property and your fellow neighbours.
The time has come, you can now sit back, relax, and start enjoying your outdoor oasis. BUT FIRST….we will perform a thorough walk around of your property and go over the maintenance, warranty, and any questions you might have to ensure your 100% satisfied.
